Forestburg 2016 Summer Camp

2016 Summer Camp at Forestburg Scout Reservation (FSR)
Sunday July 10th to Saturday July 16th

This first payment is a deposit of $103 to hold a spot in our camp. If we (you pay us and the Troop pays council) pay the deposit and final payments by the due dates there is a $15 discount, so our boys go to camp for less. Being late causes additional fees from council.

This payment is only refundable if someone takes your place, or Council will allow me to cancel your reservation (very rare). Some reasonable hardships are occassionally accepted. Getting accepted to your first choice of TiddleyWinks camp the same week would not be accepted by council and the Troop will be charged, so you will.

Other important steps for attending Summer Camp are:

• Submitting Medical Forms by 5/31 which include a Doctor's signature, and if applicable, any Prescription Meds form. If you have an upcoming Doctor Appointment, bring the medical forms for signature and save yourself another visit! Parts A&B that you complete and Part C that the Doctor completes AND SIGNS. There may be new medical forms this year; we will post to the troop website under files.
• Selecting the Merit Badges (MB) you wish to take in April.
• Paying the balance of the amount due by May 25th.
• Also in May, paying for your Merit Badge kits. You can buy an optional Tee Shirt if you want one at any time but before 5/25 please so we can place our order and get the shirt discount.

Please just confirm that your registration went through by looking at the emails, but don't waste the paper printing it since NO ONE will look at them!

Popcorn credits will now be handled by issuing you a partial refund back for any available Popcorn Credit Balance, so please just buy a ticket and email the Treasurer, Mrs. Bonnie David!
